Please ensure that you have copies of the following documents ready: a photocopy of your passport/ID, a completed medical form, and a self-declaration of a clean criminal record. These documents can be downloaded by clicking [LINK HERE]. Please make sure you fill all the mandatory fields in the form.

Airport pick-up is up to 19.00. If you arrive later, you need to get to the Hotel in Luban on your own. (taxi/train/bus/hired car).

Medical Conditions

If you have proof of a clean criminal record from your local police/agency please upload it here. It is not mandatory, but will speed up your background check process. 

If you have a minor Criminal Record please contact us directly.
