BZ Academy was created to make high-quality firearms education practical, understandable and effective. Our teaching is built around disciplined fundamentals, modern training methods and techniques that can be performed reliably under pressure.

BARTOSZ “BART” ZUKOWSKI
Bartosz is a firearms and self-defence instructor with 15+ years of teaching experience. He has trained civilians, law-enforcement officers, firearms instructors and close-protection professionals internationally.
Before establishing BZ Academy, he spent five years instructing at the European Security Academy and also gained operational experience in VIP protection assignments.
MARCIN
Marcin combines a passion for shooting and bushcraft with a clear, accessible teaching style. He plays an important role in delivering BZ Academy firearms training and is valued for his individual approach to every student.
He is also active in the Desert Storm association, where he organises shooting workshops and helps members develop practical skills for demanding situations.
KLAUDIUSZ
Klaudiusz brings extensive self-defence, close-quarters and firearms-instruction experience to the BZ Academy team. He is the Director and Head Instructor of Krav Maga London and an Expert Level 3 instructor with Krav Maga Global.
His qualifications include SIG Sauer Academy Pistol Instructor and Advanced Rifle Instructor certifications, a BJJ brown belt, boxing and Muay Thai experience, and BTEC Level 3 Self Defence.

BZ Academy’s methodology is shaped by instructor-level education, operational experience and work with students from different professional backgrounds. Our instructors continually develop, review and pressure-test the techniques taught on our courses.
International training & operational experience
Our experience reaches far beyond courses delivered at our facility in Poland. We have trained military, police and security personnel overseas, delivered specialist courses in different parts of the world and gained personal-protection experience during international assignments. These projects continue to influence the practical, realistic approach used throughout BZ Academy training.
