COURSE OVERVIEW
The C.A.R Center Axis Relock Course is a specialised 2-day pistol training programme focused on close-quarter weapon handling, compact shooting positions and controlled movement with Glock pistols.
This course introduces students to the Center Axis Relock system as a practical addition to regular pistol shooting methods, not as a replacement for solid fundamentals.
You will work on C.A.R grip, close-quarter and apogee positions, hand switching, seated shooting, multiple targets and movement-based pistol drills in a structured live-fire environment.

We organise your local training logistics in Poland, including airport pickup, hotel transfers, range transport and airport drop-off after the course.
ARRIVE ONE DAY BEFORE
We recommend arriving one day before the course begins, so you can check in, rest and be ready for training the next morning.
AIRPORT PICKUP
Standard pickup from Wrocław Airport is organised at around 19:00. If most students arrive earlier, we may arrange an earlier pickup and confirm it by email.
LATE ARRIVAL SUPPORT
If you arrive after the organised pickup time, you will need to travel to the hotel at your own cost. We can recommend a trusted driver at a fair price.
RETURN FLIGHT AFTER 19:00
Training usually finishes around 16:00 on the final day. The drive to Wrocław Airport takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, so book your return flight no earlier than 19:00.

Here are the most common questions students ask before joining the C.A.R Center Axis Relock Course at BZ Academy in Poland.
Do I need previous shooting experience?
Yes. This is not a complete beginner course. Students should already understand basic pistol safety, loading, unloading and range discipline before joining the C.A.R Center Axis Relock Course.
Is this course only for advanced shooters?
No. The course is suitable for shooters with basic pistol experience who want to add Center Axis Relock methodology to their existing skill set. It is ideal after CFC Level 1, Practical Pistol or similar pistol training.
What is the C.A.R system?
C.A.R stands for Center Axis Relock. It is a close-quarter pistol methodology focused on compact weapon positioning, body alignment, weapon retention and controlled shooting from compressed positions.
Is this the same technique used in John Wick?
The C.A.R system became widely known through film choreography, including John Wick-style shooting scenes, but the course is not based on movie fiction. It is taught as a practical addition to regular pistol shooting methods.
What firearms will I train with?
The course is based on Glock pistols, usually Glock 17 and Glock 19. Firearms are provided as part of the all-inclusive course package.
Is ammunition included?
Yes. Ammunition is included in the all-inclusive package. The standard allocation is approximately 350 rounds of 9mm ammunition for the 2-day course.

The course covers C.A.R system introduction, safety, Glock handling, high position, combat high position, apogee position, hand switching, seated shooting, multiple targets, controlled movement and practical live-fire drills.
What is included in the all-inclusive package?
The all-inclusive package includes airport pickup one day before the course, airport drop-off after the final training day, hotel accommodation, meals, local transport to the range, Glock pistols, ammunition, safety gear, English-speaking support and a certificate of completion.
When should I arrive in Poland?
Students should arrive one day before the course starts. Standard airport pickup is organised from Wrocław Airport at the agreed group pickup time. If most students arrive earlier, we may organise an earlier pickup whenever possible.
What happens if my flight arrives late?
If you arrive after the standard pickup time, you may need to travel to the hotel at your own cost. We can recommend a trusted driver for transfer from Wrocław Airport to the hotel in Lubań.
What time should I book my return flight?
The course usually finishes around 16:00 on the final training day. The drive from the training area to Wrocław Airport usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. We recommend booking your return flight no earlier than 19:00.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable outdoor clothing, suitable footwear, passport or ID, trousers with belt loops and a 40 mm wide belt. Firearms, ammunition and safety equipment are provided as part of the course package.
Is the course taught in English?
Yes. The C.A.R Center Axis Relock Course is delivered in English and is designed for international students travelling to Poland for firearms training.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Students who complete the course receive a BZ Academy certificate of completion.
